ARUN KUMAR PURWAR
Mr. Arun Kumar Purwar has spent more than five decades at the centre of Indian banking and financial policy. He led State Bank of India as Chairman and later chaired the Indian Banks' Association, giving him a rare vantage point across institutional banking, financial governance and the machinery of Indian financial regulation. That depth of experience knowing how large institutions are actually run, not just how they're designed on paper is what he brings to the Chair at Amplira Capital Management.

Mrs. Sudha Ravi has built her career inside the parts of finance that don't make headlines but decide whether an institution holds up under pressure credit, risk, compliance and international banking, across roles at State Bank of India, the Piramal Group and other regulated platforms, with additional exposure to private equity and venture structures. As CEO, she runs Amplira Capital Management with that same instinct: discipline first, growth second, and never the other way around.

Mrs. Madhurima Singh has spent her career on the governance side of the table across healthcare, enterprise and venture-stage platforms, close enough to operations to understand how finance, compliance, people and supply chains actually connect. She reads an organisation the way an operator does, not just a board member, which is precisely the perspective she brings to the Board at Amplira Capital Management. Her contribution to Indian business leadership has been recognised at a national level.
